• Can the Invite / Stationery colours be changed?

  Yes - our design team love creating stationery that reflects the look and style of your Wedding day. Simply chat to us about the colour you are thinking. The Card Stock can also be customised depending on your preferences too.

• Can we have ‘Personalised Guests Names’ printed on each Invitation?

  This is a gorgeous finishing touch and ‘Personalised Names’ are printed in a matching colour / font. Our set up fee for this service is $25.00

• Do our Invitations come with Envelopes?

  We offer beautiful quality Envelopes. Pure White or Rustic Kraft Envelopes are included in all our stationery packages.

• Can we have Extra Invites Printed?

  You are welcome to have extra stationery printed if you decide to invite extra guests. Your stationery Design and Print files are all saved in our system in case you need ‘extras’.

• Can we have Printed Envelopes?

  Yes - Printed envelopes can be designed and personalised with all your guests details and addresses. Our printing charge for this is $1 per envelope. This is available as an extra when ordering any of our invitation sets.

• What else do you design and print?

  Save the Date Cards, Invitations, RSVP Cards, Details Cards, Maps, Envelopes, Envelope Seals, Menus, Seating Plans, Wedding Signage, Favour tags and Labels, Place Name Cards, Order of Service Sheets, Thank You Cards xx Or anything you may need that is printed.

• What are the Card Stock options?

  We have an extensive range of card stock options. All of our Stationery Packages are printed on Pure White, Silk Matt, Eco Recycled or Rustic Kraft Card Stock. Alternatively you are welcome to upgrade to speciality textured or metallic card stock.

• Are custom designed Wedding Invitations available?

  Certainly xx Simply start a conversation with our Designers and we can chat about options. Our design team start the process by providing you with a Digital Stationery Board featuring your colours, and stationery options as a starting point. We then refine these digital concepts based on the things you love and style preferences.

• Can we receive a Printed Sample of our Custom Designed Wedding Invitation?

  Certainly - with our Custom Designed range you are welcome to request a Printed Sample. This is ideal for seeing your colours, card stock and a sneak peek of the overall design.

• Custom Designed Signage

  Simply chat to us about the look you have in mind. We love designing and printing Custom Signage for Wedding and Events. Printing on Acrylic and Wood are our specialities!

ORDERS & SHIPPING

• How long does it take to design / print my stationery?

  Once you approve the design of your Stationery - Allow 5 business days and it is printed and dispatched for you via Track and Trace Courier.

• How are stationery orders delivered?

  All our stationery is beautifully packaged to ensure it arrives perfectly. All our Invitations are tightly shrink wrapped to protect them. Within NZ all our stationery orders are delivered by our friends at NZ Couriers. Australian orders are sent via NZ Post.
